Privacy Policy

What we collect today

To create an account during the beta, we ask for your email address, used to create and sign in to your account.

Beyond that, we store the things you choose to put into Tnkrton — projects, components, images, and other files you upload or create ("your content") — and routine operational records such as server logs and request metadata (for example, IP addresses and timestamps) that our hosting infrastructure generates automatically. We use those records only to run, debug, and secure the service.

Optional support payments

If you choose to support Tnkrton, payment takes place on Stripe's hosted checkout. Stripe collects the payment and contact information needed to process your contribution. We can view transaction information in Stripe, including the amount, payment status, and contact details you provide. Your full card details are not sent to or stored on Tnkrton's servers. What we may collect in the future

As Tnkrton grows, we plan to offer fuller account profiles, which may include a username, first and last name, phone number, mailing address, and billing preferences. If and when that happens, providing that information will be your choice, we will update this policy first, and payment details will be handled by a dedicated payment processor rather than stored on our servers.

Your content is yours

We do not own, and do not claim any ownership of, anything you upload to or create in Tnkrton. Your designs, images, rules, and game ideas belong to you. We store and process your content only to provide the service to you — rendering your projects, saving your work, and generating your exports. Your projects are private by default and are not published, indexed, or shared with other users.

How we use your information

• To create your account and let you sign in.
• To store and display your projects and files back to you.
• To operate, troubleshoot, and secure the service.
• To process and manage optional support payments through Stripe.
• To contact you about your account or important service changes.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. The beta currently runs no analytics or tracking services.

Where your data lives

Tnkrton runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Your account information and content are stored in private, access-controlled AWS storage, encrypted at rest. Sign-in is handled by Amazon Cognito. AWS acts as our infrastructure provider and processes data only on our behalf.

Sharing

We share information only with the infrastructure providers needed to run the service (AWS, and Stripe when you choose to make a payment), or if we are legally required to.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account information and content while your account is active. Deleting a project or asset in the app removes it from active storage. If you want your account and everything in it deleted, contact us and we'll take care of it. Because this is a beta, we also recommend exporting anything you can't afford to lose.

Children

Tnkrton is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

This is an interim policy for the public beta and will be replaced by a fuller version as Tnkrton matures. If we make material changes — especially before we begin collecting any new categories of information — we will update this page and note the new date at the top.
